GUEST ARRIVAL INFORMATION
Ticket pick up and guest shuttling to the Convention site will take place on Wednesday, September 9 and Thursday, September 10 at:

Gates Open: 10:00 AM CT
Arrive No Later than: 1:00 PM CT
Plan for extra increased traffic in the area and give yourself plenty of time to arrive at Lone Star Park!
Enter the complex from Lone Star Parkway and follow signage to Gate 4 & 5 or Midterm Convention Parking. Parking attendants will ask to see your ticket confirmation email and then will guide you to the appropriate lot once inside the complex. Ticket pick up and GOP Express bus loading will take place at the main building of Lone Star Park with signs guiding you to the start of the line.
Lone Star Park gates will not open until 10:00 AM CT on September 9 and 10. The queue to pick up tickets and board the GOP Express will begin immediately after gates open. We recommend you arrive no later than 1:00 PM CT to receive your ticket and secure your spot on the GOP Express. Tickets are available for pickup on a first come, first served basis both days of Convention.
GENERAL TICKET INFORMATION
To receive your ticket, you must arrive in-person to Lone Star Park. Only one ticket per guest will be given. All guests are required to present a physical ticket to enter the Midterm Convention site at American Airlines Center.
After receiving your ticket, register the ticket via the QR code on the back to enter the Midterm Convention site. Please wear your official Midterm Convention ticket at all times within the Convention site on the provided lanyard.
On the back of your ticket, a group number may be listed to indicate when you will be able to enter the American Airlines Center after you have taken the GOP Express to the Convention site.
GOP EXPRESS INFORMATION
All general admission guests are required to ride the GOP Express shuttles from Lone Star Park to the Midterm Convention site at American Airlines Center. Access to the GOP Express is FREE with your official Midterm Convention ticket.
Free parking is available on a first come, first served basis at Lone Star Park. Shuttles will begin running around 2:00 PM from Lone Star Park to the American Airlines Center. GOP Express shuttles will return you to Lone Star Park at the conclusion of the event. Shuttles will NOT run from 5:00 PM CT - 9:00 PM CT during the official program. When shuttles return you after programming, there will be no re-entrance to the Lone Star Park grand stand.
RIDE SHARE
Ride share services are available to drop off and pick up at Lone Star Park to receive your ticket and access the GOP Express. Utilize Lone Star Park, 1000 Lone Star Pkwy, Grand Prairie, TX as the location for your preferred service.

ADA INFORMATION
The GOP Express is ADA accessible. Limited accessible seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Early arrival is recommended to secure ADA seating.
SECURITY
The GOP Express will drop guests directly in front of the main security checkpoint for United States Secret Service screening.
Please read the prohibited items list below carefully.
PERMITTED BAGS
Clear Bag Standard: Bags that are Clear, Vinyl, or PVC and DO NOY exceed 12 inches x 6 inches x 12 inches. A logo can only be on one side of the bag and cannot exceed 3.4" width x 4.5" height.
Small Clutches or Wallets: Small clutches or wallets measuring no larger than 5 inches x 7 inches x 1 inch may be permitted if carried separately from any other items, with or without a handle or strap measuring no longer than 7 inches in length.
PROHIBITED BAGS
The following items and bags are strictly prohibited with inclusion on the prohibited items list:
- Items larger than 5 inches x 7 inches x 1 inch – This prohibition includes but is not limited to:
- Backpacks
- Purses
- Luggage
- Cross-body bags
- Fanny packs
- Duffel bags
- Computer bags
- Drawstring bags
Concealing Features – This prohibition includes, but is not limited to, items or bags with intentional or unintentional design or hardware that conceals contents or otherwise prevents thorough screening requirements.

- Backpacks and bags exceeding size restrictions (reference bag restrictions above)
- Balloons

- Glass, thermal, or metal containers
- Laser pointers
- Mace / pepper spray
- Packages

CONCESSIONS
Food and beverage kiosks will be open inside Lone Star Park on the West Concourse and Courtyard beginning at 11:00 AM both days of Convention.
All food and beverage kiosks on both the Plaza and Terrace Levels of American Airlines Center will be open during the two days of programming. Concession sales will be available from when doors open until 30 minutes before programming ends each day.
MERCHANDISE
The Official Convention Merchandise Store will be located in the American Airlines Center on the Main Plaza Level inside the Michelob Ultra Club on both September 9 and September 10. The store will be open from when doors open until doors close each day.
